Day 20
I can’t believe we are 8 days away from the end of this challenge. At first 28 days seemed like it would be a long time, but the time flies. Plus, with all that’s changing in the World, this challenge has been one thing that has remained constant. I have not missed a day!
I founded Movita to serve as a tool in a woman’s arsenal as she is working towards living her healthiest life. The name Movita is really a play on my husband’s film, ‘Mo Better Blues’. Movita is about More Vitality.
Challenge: Applaud your gains today. Take note of what improvements you’ve experienced and what has become easier for you through this 28 day challenge. I normally work out for at least 30 minutes a day, so join me and get active for 30 minutes. That can be 15 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength training or 25 minutes straight of cardio + a 5 minute stretch!
