Day 28
We did it! I am proud of the fact that I committed to myself and did not let anything get in the way of completing this 28 day challenge. I know there will be a day when for some reason I won’t be able to work out, but these 28 days have shown me that there is no excuse. I feel better when I work out and the by-product is that I look better. And the best is my outlook feels different…somehow I feel more confident, more sure of myself and that I’m more efficient. Tomorrow I will get up and work out again…it will be day 29 of my 28 day challenge… In MY life I should be able to fit 30 minutes of exercise in every day. What would we all look like if the social norm was that everyone spent 30 minutes every day doing something physical? Thank you for spending the last 28 days with me. As a society we are entering uncharted territory and because of this, our health is of utmost importance. Taking your daily vitamins, moving every day, staying hydrated and getting adequate rest are some of the ways you can continue to care for your body and well being.
Challenge: Create a plan for how fitness will continue to be a part of your daily life beyond this 28 Day Challenge and stay in touch with me and let me know your progress !
