Day Eighteen
What I’ve discovered on this challenge and what folks have told me in the past, but I didn’t listen to…doing something different every day not only makes the working out interesting, but also is good for your body…my body likes the different challenges every day. I tried an online pilates class this morning and it kicked my butt. I’m proud that I have committed to myself and now I’m on day 18! My body is feeling good. It really is amazing to feel and track how the body improves. Wellness is about balance and finding what works best for your lifestyle.
Challenge: Is there a fun way that you can get your 30 minutes of exercise in? Trying a new class, that once intimated me before, is one of the ways I switch up my cardio routine. What new workout will you try today or in the days to come?
